Ramen!!! Finally, an amazing Ramen place to eat in Kanata! I am giving it a full 5 stars, as I would change nothing. They were down a few people tonight, and the rest of the employees kicked butt. It was busy, and the service was still so fast, the food was hot and delicious, and it felt like home cooking at its finest. The only time i could compare this type of ramen to was in Vancouver. The flavour was spot on, and again, everything was delicious!

I love this place. I love being greeted by everyone, it is such a lovely start to dining there. The food is always delicious and the service is always wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about this place. We love the gyozas and the gyudon, and any ramen dish we’ve had has been fantastic.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I seriously would. This place is so delicious . It’s my favourite restaurant even though I’m not even Japanese. The service is excellent and the is to die for. I recommend the spicy Tantan, the shoyu, or the chicken shio. Eat here and prepare to be amazed.

Soft open The place is able to seat approximately 30 people. Washrooms are still clean. Atmosphere: modern, place is still clean and new. Ordered: Zangi fried chicken, Spicy Tantan, Tonkotsu, and Tonkotsu. Total Price: 58 without tax, 65.55 with tax Appetizer was well fried crispy with juicy center. Overall Ramen was good same, almost the same level as the Merivale location. Have been waiting for it to open in Kanata for a while. I am glad Kanata is getting more diverse food. Will be back! Things that can be improved: Greeting and leaving - It is harder to hear them. This could be due to multiple reasons such as a larger space, louder music, the kitchen is father back and the Merivale location is up front. Ajitsuke Tamago (Ajitama) - Maybe it was the one I got it wasn't as flavorful. It could have used a little longer in the marinade to add more flavor.

I absolutely love eating here. I have never been disappointed by any of their dishes. Their soup bases are flavourful, the cha siu is high quality pork, and the eggs are done to perfection.

Been here many times since moving to Kanata! I lived in Japan for over 2 years and their ramen comes pretty close. Their Zangi appetizer taste almost like Karaage in Japan. The only difference though is that, their KARAAGE in Japan are bigger pieces than their Zangi. You’ve got to eat the ones in Japan at the Karayama restaurant. I also love the abstract simplicity of their restaurant design. They also recently changed their chairs. Very comfortable. Will continue to be my go to for Ramen here in Kanata.

Can’t go wrong with Sansotei. Super flavourful and perfect for the cold weather! We ordered the Tonkatsu Black and added on bamboo shoots, corn and rice on the side. We also ordered the fried chicken, which was super juicy and crispy. The broth was creamy and very nice. Overall the atmosphere is busy and service was super friendly. There is a bit of a wait since there is limited seating, especially for larger groups with more than 4 people.

Went to the Kanata location. A good experience with good dishes and service. If you enjoy Ramen, I would highly recommend this restaurant. There is limited seating; expect a wait at busy eating hours. The prices are very reasonable also.
